One that can be ordered in Starbucks or Coffee Bean.
I need a new drink.
I'm tired of my usual and want something new and delicious.
I usually get a passionfruit tazo tea lemonade sweetened from starbucks and from coffee bean a pure chocolate and i ask them to take their "coco jo" cookie and put it in the blender with the drink.

I've been drinking 3 or 4 cups of coffee every morning for years. I have recently been plagued with acid reflux and the coffee makes the condition worse. I've tried drinking de-caffeinated coffee or de-caf tea instead, but I find that I am extremely tired by mid-morning and the rest of the day. It gets so bad that I think I'm going to fall asleep at my desk. So, then I drink a cup of coffee to stay awake and I get heartburn. Is there a solution.

I was reading on this website that polyphenols in tea lengthen the effects of caffeine and make it so you don't get jittery. But I couldn't find this information anywhere else on the internet. Is this true, and if so can the effect be increased by taking additional caffeine with tea such as caffeine pills?
The website is http://www.houseoftea.ie/html/allabout/health.htm

I drink coffee - not so much, but some days more than others. I drink a lt of tea. On hot days I tend to drink cans of coke outside. I want to quit all caffeine as I think it's probably very unhealthy.
Any tips?

I've developed a taste for coffee since working in my current office. I don't drink much, only one cup per day, but I don't want to end up getting addicted to the caffiene. I know water or tea are better options, but is there anything else "unhealthy" about decaf coffee that I should know before I switch?
Note: I only buy fair trade, organic, shade grown.

I am 12 weeks along and I like to drink tea, especially ice tea because it has been so hot. I was thinking of switching to decaf tea so I could drink a lot of it. I have about the equivilant of 1 large glass of it over the course of a day( I drink a little bit at a time). I don't drink it everyday either. I would say I drink it about 3-4 times a week. Is it safe to drink this much, am I allowed more, or should I just drink decaf?
I do also drink plenty of water and juices too.
