I normally drink decaf cappucino, coffee, and soda. Tonight I tried my cappucino w/ half caffeine and half decaf. Now I am bouncing off walls. What can I do to get this stuff out of my system? I cant stop shaking. Needless to say, I have learned my lesson and am going back to straight decaf only. I only had 3 cups which is my normal amount.
Serious replies only please.

For example, how long do the caffeine effects of a cup of coffee last? A can of soda? Is it true that people "crash" after a "high" from caffeine?

Does anyone have any tips to get myself off of caffeine, I drink a ridiculous amount of coffee and soda everyday and I eat out WAY too much. I get sick and horrible headaches if I go without. Need advice.

How long does it take for a can of soda's worth of caffeine to wear off?

I have a horrible caffeine addiction. I have been drinking between 6 and 10 diet sodas a day for the last six years. When I drink too much soda, I get dizzy all the time, but when I attempt to stop, I feel light headed and odd. What is the best way to stop the caffeine addiction without getting terrible heaches and feeling light headed?

I like to drink soda at night but the kind I drink (Coke Zero) doesn't come in caffeine-free. I cut myself off a couple hours before bed, but do I need to do it even earlier? I have a lot of trouble sleeping which I know is not just due to caffeine, but I guess might be partially. Thanks!

I don't like coffee or soda, and not a big fan of caffeine products. I would like to know what are some good alternatives to use that help me stay alert and energized during the day.

I am addicted to caffeine, coffee and soda. I know it's not good for me, especially the soda so I really want to break it. How do I naturally detox my system to wash it out? I want to be healthier and not have to suffer from caffeine withdrawal.

I have a really bad pepsi addiction. Well, more it's that I am afraid of getting a caffeine headache. The trouble is is that I also have migraines. I've tried to stop soda before, however I got caffeine headaches that most of the time turned to a full blown migraine. Which puts me out of commission. I have two toddlers, so I don't have time to be out with a migraine. Any suggestions other than caffeine pills? The caffeine pills don't seem to work and are awfully expensive when trying to compensate with them.
