How much coffee should I drink to stay up?

I'm doing an AP presentation and have to finish prelabs and outlines and I have sooo much homework, but I have to wake up at 4:30 AM. I can't function without 8+ hours of sleep and i'm probably only getting two hours. In the morning how much coffee would I have to drink to keep me up for 7 hours

I have a busy life and i wont be able to sleep today will i be able to drink coffee or tea to stay awake all day and tomorrow wednesday

how late in the day can you drink coffee?

without it affecting your sleep? oh and p.s. is instant coffee have as much caffeine as real brewed coffee?

When i make a pot of Folgers coffee or any other brand, why do i feel tired after drinking it, i add 1 tsp of sugar to a cup of coffee and i might drink 2 cups if that, im just wondering why i feel like i wanna sleep afterwards, i know its caffeine and it should keep me up, but it does the total opposite for me, im just wanting to find a answer, thanks yahoo community :)

if i drink more than one cup of coffee after i wake up, later that evening before i go to sleep something above my lip, but its below my nose swells up. I always feel it even before it happens. After it swells up it itches, but its one of those itches you cant find to scratch, and it stays swollen for about 30 minutes at most an hour. i've never found anyone or anything online that knows what i'm talking about...

If I'm worried and I drink coffee, I get even more anxious and palpitations and nothing seem to calm me down, except maybe alcohol. But when I'm completely non-stressed and I drink coffee, my mood gets elevated!

Meanwhile, I drink tea quite often and don't have much changes(other than being unable to sleep for a while)

I'm bored and I just drank some tea (which isn't anything like coffee but does have some caffeine) and some Nyquil. Anyways, what would happen if I drank Nyquil and coffee at the same time? Stay awake? Fall asleep? Wake-sleep?

Yeah, I'm fucking tired lol

i sleep daily for 4.5 hrs and then have to study in school for 5hrs. of it i need to be focused for atleast 4 hrs. i started drinking a normal mug of coffee (smaller than a beer mug) once in a day , in the morning. for a week i've been able to concentrate in class brilliantly without feeling tired. i just wonder can i become an addict or will coffee have any harmful effects on me. please tell me!

Why do people like to drink caffeine so much?

I just don't see the point in it. I don't drink anything with caffeine and I am doing well. I got like one or two hours of sleep at night but I am awake the next day. We lived without it before so why do we need it now?

About how long does caffeine stay in your system?

Caffeine always keeps me from sleeping if I have it too late, how much time does it take to run its course? If I have it at say seven PM would it keep me up if I went to sleep at ten?
