I'm a Disabled Veteran and live alone, and, today I was at a Restaurant and had a cup of Decaff Coffee and it was very tasty. Surely they may use a tasty type of Coffee, but, I'm thinking they just use the right amount.

When I make a Pot of Coffee, I only use 5 "heaping" Tablespoons of Coffee for a 12 cup pot. My Coffee just isn't that tasty. It's rather bland and seems weak.

I use either Hills Bros. or, Folgers "Regular or French Roast". How much should I use to make a Tasty Pot so each cup has a definitive Coffee taste?

What kind of Coffee would you use? I don't like the Coffee's like Hazelnut or Vanilla tastes, and I don't buy or have Cappuccino except once in a great while,......usually seasonaly.

Ladies or anyone that likes a good tasty cup of Coffee ......how much should I use in a standard 12 cup drip maker??

Thanks!

I use a "La Marzocco" espresso machine at the coffeehouse I work at and my former manager told us to leave the portafilter's on the machine after we pull a shot. Is this proper? She said it had something to do with pressure?

I am a woman and I really do perspire excessively in my armpits to the point where I plan my clothing to hide perspiration. It is embarassing! It diminished considerably when I was on acne medication (Acutane) for 6 months. I am tall and thin and measure 5ft 9" and weigh 130lb. Could it be hyperactive thyroid? It is worse on certain days of my cycle when there are big changes in hormones levels.

I've asked this question before but no one gave me any good answers

I don't really NEED to be on a diet, I just WANT to lose a few lbs. I am 5'6" & weight about 145lbs. I can't give up my morning coffee though. I don't use any sugar but I use a non-dairy creamer that has sugar in it. Will I still lose weight if i drink my coffee in the morning and follow the rest of the plan??
I drink one 16oz coffee every morning (usually just the weekdays) and about 1 ounce of non-dairy creamer (with sweetener IN it)

Is anything special required for a cinnamon dolce frapp other than cinnamon dolce syrup?

Frothing advice DeLonghi EC155?

The frothing arm on my DeLonghi EC 155 is so short I have to fill my frothing pitcher up somewhat fully so it will reach the milk. As the milk starts expanding it always overflows the pitcher and makes a big mess any advice?

Because the frothing arm is low on the machine, the pitcher cannot be any taller than about 3 1/2".

If anyone has this machine advice would help! I'm new to this! How much do you need to actually froth the milk for proper cappuccino??

What is a "healthy" amount of coffee to drink?

I am 15 years old, about to be 16. 5'11" and 140 pounds, so a tall, skinny guy. I usually drink a mug (about 12 ounces) of coffee every morning, is this bad for my health in any way?

What coffee maker would be te best buy?

All i need is something that'll make me a nice cappuccino every morning which is around the £40 or less price margin. I've had a good look on loads of websites, and the best I've found is the "Morphy Richards 47008 Filter Coffee Maker with Frother". However this is designed to make a large pot of filter coffee, but I just want a small amount of coffe to put in a flask with the frothed milk!
I'm a complete beginner coffee machines and have no idea about what the best product would be, so can someone please help me?!

We have a new "Capresso" brand espresso/cappuccino maker that we got for Christmas. It has worked very well, and is still working well except that the pressurized chamber seems not to be sealing perfectly any more. After the water heats up to full pressure, and especially during the process of steaming the milk, bubbles are forming around the top seal (where I screwed the top back on after adding water). I suspect this is because the rubber gasket that fits up inside the boiler cap has gotten out of alignment (it's actually not rubber but a translucent rubbery plastic material). At some point in the last few days the gasket came out, and I wasn't sure how to reinstall it. There are two knobs or bumps on the gasket, that look as if they are meant to line up with 2 holes in the metal part of the boiler cap itself. Right now I have the gasket installed in the cap so that those knobs are "upside down" -- i.e. they face downwards when the cap is installed on the machine. Should I take the gasket back out and reposition it so they engage with the holes? Will this fix my steam-leakage problem? Right now I am still able to make good lattes and cappuccinos, but I am afraid if I don't address this seal problem I may begin to lose a lot of pressure.

Is it unhealthy for 13 year olds to drink coffee?

My parents are always saying that I'm addicted and that it's bad for my health.
I'm NOT addicted. I drink it before school, and not even every day. I usually drink it like 3-4 times a week.
I'm pretty sure that the whole "affecting health" thing is just a myth, but I'm not absolutely positive.

Should I stop drinking coffee?
