My daughter's dad, since 2008, has managed to let himself get in ,529.04 in arrears with our child support case [that he set up mind you]. He won't keep a job (obviously) he sees my daughter infrequently, but I'm really accommodating when he on whim wants to because it'd be punishing her if I didn't let it happen. I'm tired of him being such a taker. I'm not in the position to be able to afford a lawyer and it seems like I'd be milking a stone if I did. I've been so patient in this situation and I'm just wondering when and if the state will ever be on my side with this. It's soooo frustrating too because I know he's spending money on himself for unnecessary things. I'm here with a stone age phone for the past 5 years and somehow Mr. unemployed has the latest android with all the spiffy services. He bought a near 0 espresso machine, goes to concerts amongst other things. A whole case of actions speaking incredibly louder than words. When I confront him with any of this (which is very, very rare because I know it's a waste of breath) instead of feeling bad about our daughter not being a priority in his life he comes back with saying I'm being very hateful. It's like having a third child for me and I'm just exhausted. So yeah, anyone going or have gone through similar cases? Lawyers out there with advice?
Oh! And more with the state not being on my side. His house got busted for cultivation that I was completely unaware of the day before his visitation (he was bailed out). Well, I dropped her off, got home and did my routine of reading the paper and like a bat out of hell went to his house when I saw the news. Okay, if you're thinking it's "just weed" no! The children in that house had to go through the trauma of seeing their parents get arrested and being taken by CPS. That's exactly what I didn't/don't want for my daughter. Well I call the police to take her home because he won't give her to me. The police tell me to "shut up" and they aren't going to do anything about it because it's his weekend. T_T
I'm just constantly being screwed here and am sooo tired of it.

When I turn 16 I'm going to apply for a job at Starbucks I've already taken a look at the resume, but I never got to the questions (by the way, the resumes are only online.) So has anyone gotten to the question part of the resume? And do they do in person interviews, or do they just look at your electronic resume and say your hired?
Thanks in advance!

Hi, I went to Starbucks today and had a really friendly employee help me, I wanted to send in a satisfied customer report, however employees at Starbucks do not wear name tags. I was hoping to get this employee a raise, employee of the month or something along those lines because she was excellent at her job. Thanks a bunch!
