Has anyone ever quit caffeine and if so is there and end to the withdrawals

I am on day two of keeping caffeine out of my diet, and I haven't had any caffeine since Sunday at 9:30, I have been through the headaches and vomiting and all that pretty much is over now just feel tired with a mild headache. My question is once the caffeine is out of my system will I still feel tired or will my body naturally adjust to not having it anymore. For example, will I feel as alert and awake as someone who has caffeine regularly?

ive had over 5 cups of strong green tea without noticing and in cause in effect i received a headache.
any natural remedies?
i know lemon grass reduces headaches but im afraid of indulging more caffeine

I have studied?

Despite of hallucinations, muscle pain and headaches, will I remember what I have studied?

How to get rid of caffeine head aches?

I'm trying to quit with the caffeine and since I stopped drinking cokes I have been having headaches everyday and Tylenol does not seem to help. Any advice?

One of my new years resolutions was to stop drinking sodas and the past two days i've gone from drinking about three sodas a day to none and i've been having terrible headaches...could this be from not having any of the caffeine from the sodas? and if so how long do you think it'll take for them to go away?

I mean, if I don't drink a big cup of coffee in the morning and after lunch, I feel tired, irritated, have headaches and can't study. The big problem is that I also have gastritis, an esophagitis, so I can't drink coffee or I won't get better. What can I do? Is there anything that can replace it (and not harm my health either)? Thank you.

im a teen and i hardley ever drink coffee but when i do i get headaches and my belly hurts and sometimes i havta puke but im not sure why. i only have a little bit when i do have any and i can drink tea just fine.

i have decided to quit drinking sodas but the sudden decrease of caffeine is really affecting me. i have headaches and feel extreme fatigue. i need something that i can drink that has caffeine but also has low calories. i don't like coffee or energy drinks so any other suggestions?

Instead of my daily cup of morning coffee, I decided to have a glass of hot black tea instead, and now I am experiencing headaches. Please provide me with some tips and suggestions... =]
