Because of the new pills I'm taking I've been really tired so I'd drink coffee or pop every morning well one day I skipped a day of caffeine and the next day....I had a migrane whoa it hurt. I took some painkillers but the dull pain was still there. The headache went away when I drank pop. How do I get myself not so addicted or to a point where I don't get headaches if I do skip a day?

My sister got an espresso machine and a bean grinder thing and I want to get her some good beans to go with it. I don't drink coffee...so I didn't know if I they were the same.

I don't drink coffee at all, so I have no use for a full espresso machine. I drink Chai Tea Latte and Steamers from Starbucks regularly. In trying to make them at home, I find that not having steamed milk makes a big difference in the drink. I can't seem to find a steam wand machine though. They are always in conjunction with a espresso machine. Just wondering if there are any other options I am missing, or if I am going to have to bite the bullet and get one made for espresso.

I know green tea is supposed to be really healthy, so I have tried drinking some everyday. However, after I have had the tea for a few days I start to feel nauseated and I throw up. I am not sure if it is because maybe I stopped drinking it for a day and my system revolted or what. This has happened various times, years apart. Is it because of the caffeine? I don't drink coffee or pop very often so maybe my system isn't used to the caffeine?

I take 2 caffeine pills every morning and they really make me feel good and I can get a lot more work done and my boss is really happy with me. I don't drink coffee or tea or anything that would add more caffeine to my system. Is this unhealthy? How can I get the same feeling without taking these pills? Thanks in advance!

I am One month pregnant and i used to drink, smoke, and drink Coffee like crazy. I stopped smoking and drinking. I am dying without a morning cup of coffee. So i read that the recommended amount of Caffeine in a pregnant woman is 200mg a day. So my question is How many mg of Caffeine are in a 20 oz Cup of Coffee that is brewed from whole beans.

I've been very tired for the past 2 weeks. I have had about 7 hours average of sleep at night. I don't drink coffee to keep myself awake and I don't use caffeine pills. I am not stressed out at the time being and my health is perfectly fine. So what's your diagnosis for me?
I see your point in changing the diet. I haven't really changed much about it. Not the amount I eat, but more of when I eat dinner. I try to eat dinner earlier so I can have more time to do more things.
