I'm looking for an appetite suppressant that does not contain caffeine. I have been off caffeine for 6 years due to medical problems. But I need to suppress my appetite to lose weight. I have the diet that I need but I get hungry between meals.

Ok, so I have cut caffeine out of my diet but with the extreme fatigue during this first trimester I am dying to have my coffee again. I read some where that after the first trimester it is safer to drink caffeine, but I want to be sure. Any thoughts?

I've been very tired for the past 2 weeks. I have had about 7 hours average of sleep at night. I don't drink coffee to keep myself awake and I don't use caffeine pills. I am not stressed out at the time being and my health is perfectly fine. So what's your diagnosis for me?
I see your point in changing the diet. I haven't really changed much about it. Not the amount I eat, but more of when I eat dinner. I try to eat dinner earlier so I can have more time to do more things.

When I start new programs for body toning and weight loss, they usually provide a diet. These diets always tell you to stop caffeine completely. Why? I went to curves, dropped 2 sizes, but my fat index remained the same. They asked if drank caffeine. Yes!

I have to cute cute my caffeine and can't drink the diet Dr Pepper. What are some other caffeines free drinks that taste good. I just tried A&W diet root beer. Its not bad, but I can't do that this whole pregnancy lol.
And yes I know I need to drink more milk and water, and I do. I also started drinking vitamin water and Gatorade. I just like to enjoy a soda once a day.
