I've been on a diet now for a couple of weeks and got a y member ship. I finally can run again...but I drink about 1 cup of coffee of two with a dash of milk when I get up. Sometimes around 3 or so in the after noon. When I'm home I like to drink some around 12.

I'm on diet and trying to loose weight about 10pounds in one month (possible I thnik!!!), I don't drink tea and coffee at all! Only water or water with squeezed lemon juice. I don't drink fruit juice at all, because it contains a lot of sugar!
Is drinking just water good for me? I drink about 3liters per day.

Or does it mess things up? Like possibly make the heartbeat faster than it normally is? I am 16 weeks pregnant, and I have tried to cut caffeine out of my diet as much as possible. I have an ultrasound tomorrow, and was thinking about drinking some Mountain Dew before my appointment. What do you think?

I've asked this question before but no one gave me any good answers

I don't really NEED to be on a diet, I just WANT to lose a few lbs. I am 5'6" & weight about 145lbs. I can't give up my morning coffee though. I don't use any sugar but I use a non-dairy creamer that has sugar in it. Will I still lose weight if i drink my coffee in the morning and follow the rest of the plan??
I drink one 16oz coffee every morning (usually just the weekdays) and about 1 ounce of non-dairy creamer (with sweetener IN it)

I am on day two of keeping caffeine out of my diet, and I haven't had any caffeine since Sunday at 9:30, I have been through the headaches and vomiting and all that pretty much is over now just feel tired with a mild headache. My question is once the caffeine is out of my system will I still feel tired or will my body naturally adjust to not having it anymore. For example, will I feel as alert and awake as someone who has caffeine regularly?

Well, before I was pregnant I wasn't the healthiest eater. My biggest downfall was caffeine - I always had a morning cup of coffee and drank Pepsi throughout the day. It's pretty much an addiction of mine (I know, it's bad). Ever since I found out I was pregnant I've been eating healthier and eliminating my caffeine intake completely. However, I still drink about 2 cans of caffeine free Pepsi a day (not diet, just no caffeine). Is this bad?

Was it 1 or coffees a day, or several? How easy did you find it to conceive? Were you actually trying or did it just happen? How was your health otherwise i.e. was caffeine your only vice or did you smoke, take alcohol, low fruits/vegetables in your diet, etc? Thanks.

I've been on a diet for a while and I loveeee Starbucks. I know it has a lot of sugar but is the vivanno good for lunch? Is it filling? Also, what flavors of them do you recommend the most? :] chocolate strawberry or orange-mango.

What's the best way to cut caffeine out of my diet?

I'm addicted along with many other people. I have at least one cup of coffee every day, and drink sodas containing caffeine regularly as well. No addiction is really good, so I plan to either cut caffeine out of my diet or limit it to a lot less than I currently consume.

What I'm looking for is helpful suggestions on the best way to go about this.

I'm on a diet, and so I sometimes drink coffee. Probably 3-4 times a week. I drink it because I have noticed it fastens my metabolism which I have very low metabolism. & it makes me go to the bathroom and do number 2 =) It has shown that coffee does make your metabolism a little bit higher every time you drink it. But they said ice coffee. So is there a difference between drinking iced coffee and regular hot coffee?
