He drinks coffee every single morning. He NEVER drinks out of a cup, but instead takes our current coffee machine and pours it into a travel mug and takes it to work. His travel mugs are about 16oz each.
I am looking for a machine that starts itself automatically every morning but can fit his travel mug into the drip area instead of a pot (one designed for it maybe?) And I REALLY like those K-Cup things because he makes a mess every morning with the coffee grounds. He isn't into anything "fancy" like cappuccinos or iced coffees or whatever, he likes his coffee black and simple, lol So we don't need a machine to fit those needs.
Ideas??
I love the idea of the Keurig's but the biggest size it fits is 9.5 oz's I am reading which is almost half of what he drinks in one sitting. If someone can find me a link to one that fits 16 to 24 oz travel mugs I'll buy it today!!
Hahaha, I know. He drinks A LOT of coffee

I bought a used Krups combination espresso and coffee machine that came with all the parts but without the instructions for use. The only numbers I can find on it at 1108HT and Krups type 171. Can you help me? Thanks.

I have a health condition where I need to drink regular American coffee (normally iced), not espresso-based coffee, daily. I've been studying abroad in London and been able to get by on my usual Starbucks iced coffee (although most baristas here actually seem blindsided by the concept and I have to walk them through it) but I'm going to be in Paris, Spain and Italy for the next month and I think they only have espresso coffee over there.
Does anyone know where and/or how to find American filter coffee throughout southern Europe?
I'm going to be staying with my girlfriend's relatives for a couple weeks and they might have a coffee machine I can use to brew my own coffee but I'm nervous for when we're staying at hostels or cheap motels.
Thanks!

I have an IBS issue where the one way I can produce normal bowel movements is through drinking American style coffee. Super frustrating but generally doable thanks to the abundance of Starbucks' in the U.S.

I'm not sure what makes it works but it's very specific. It's not caffeine because Americano's or anything espesso doesn't work and neither does decaf. I've found Starbucks iced coffee as the best thing that will do the trick. I hate to have to depend on coffee so greatly but after the past couple years this is the only thing that's worked for me.

I am trying to rewire my Gaggia Espresso 230V coffee machine after taking it apart for maintenance. I could only find a schematic diagram (wiring) for the 120V model and when I connect it as shown in the diagram it doesn't work. Is there a difference between the wiring of the 2 models?

I want to be able to make delicious espresso drinks from home, but don't have an espresso machine. Is there a way to use espresso powder or run espresso grounds through a normal coffee machine?

I drank too much coffee and instead of getting the jitters like i usually do, i got like a buzz and i feel really light headed and my heart feels like its beating kind of fast, and its a tiny bit harder to focus my eyes. Anyway I'm not incredibly alarmed but i would like to know if anything serious could possibly happen. I drank about 3-4 cups of espresso (espresso made in a regular coffee machine so not as concentrated), and I'm 5 9' and weight about 130 lbs, and have a moderate caffeine tolerance.

hmm well i'm not much of a coffee drinker except for the occasional drinks at starbucks when i need the caffeine boost. but i'm thinking of investing in a good coffee machine because starbucks cannot accommodate to my crazy hours. so yeah. i searched and i was overwhelmed with all the results. i mean..i don't even know the difference between coffee and espresso. can someone help me/recommend me a good coffee machine. i mean i don't need anything fancy...and i would appreciate it if it wasn't very expensive. just something that works well...should i opt for those little more expensive single serve machines?

I know that there is a difference in terms of strength and tastes between the two, but if you were to say more or less? I want to know as although I do own a coffee machine (which makes filter coffee) it does not make ESPRESSO..
Thanks
all and any help will be appreciated!
