How to work an espresso machine and waitress tips.?

So I'm supposed to start working as a waitress. I've already applied at two cafes. The problem is that I don't know how to work those espresso machines or how to get the coffees that are made on them quite right. If there is a tutorial site anyone has, it would be a great help. Also if you have any other tips that would be great.
