How to make a nice mocha without an Espresso machine and chocolate syrup, using only these ingredients?

hi, i wanna make a mocha
here are the ingredients i have:

Cocoa Powder
Nescafe gold blend roasted coffee
fresh whole milk (full fat)
water obviously
etc

please dont say buy an expresso machine. lso i dont have syrup

ps please write amounts in comparisions to items
eg 1 tablespoon

no ounces or grams or cup
