How do I lessen the effects of caffeine?

I never drink coffee but I had a little bit a few hours ago and now I'm all awake feeling like I'm on crack. Is there anything I can do to get myself to feel normal again so I can get some sleep?

Sorry, not much you can do. Your obviously not used to caffine or are sensitive to it. Definitely not something you want to do any more than 6 hours before bedtime. The best advice I can give you is what the previous person told you. Drink a big glass of milk and read a book. Sorry and good luck!
No. Hopefully the effects will dissipate soon. It’s already been a few hours. Who knows, maybe by the time this is posted you’ll be asleep.
Try a few beers…if you drink beer regularly, try something harder. Otherwise remember the lesson…let life be its own high and low.
