I rarely have caffeine but this morning (around 7:20) I had a double espresso and I just had a half of a caffeine pill (100mg) but I can't say that I notice any difference at all.

I just don't see the point in it. I don't drink anything with caffeine and I am doing well. I got like one or two hours of sleep at night but I am awake the next day. We lived without it before so why do we need it now?

6 days ago l gave up drinking diet coke for over 20 years l was drinking 2 to 3 litre's a day .

Ever since l have stopped l have had diarrhea , nausea , headaches , no appetite all l have eaten is 4 pieces of toast in 6 days .

Has anyone ever quit caffeine and if so is there and end to the withdrawals

My friend told me that Meth is only bad b/c its illegal and its better for you then Caffeine.

Is this true? Why would Meth be Illegal when we have a more dangerous LEGAL drug known as Caffeine?

Also many Police officers constantly abuse Caffeine yet hypocritically arrest innocent users of Meth.

I'm in high school and I run track and field. I was wondering if I took a energy drink or caffeine pills before a race would they help me preform better on a mid-distane run.

Caffeine always keeps me from sleeping if I have it too late, how much time does it take to run its course? If I have it at say seven PM would it keep me up if I went to sleep at ten?

I've been drinking a lot of energy drinks recently, and they've all got the usual "high amount of caffeine" warning and whatnot on them. most energy drinks usually have 32ml per 100 ml, which is considered high, but how much caffeine is there in a average, say, 250ml mug of medium strength coffee?

I rarely drink coffee, but i got large yesterday and figures, i forgot to ask for decaf. I have epilepsy so caffeine is VERY dangerous for me, I drank the whole thing and realized it had caffeine in it when I was hyper. I got extremely dizzy after about 5 hours of finishing it, and today i'm still drowsy and slow. How long will it take for this to wear off?
