I am thought to have a ulcer or some gastric problem or maybe diverticulitis, I drink coffee every morning but what can I drink that doesn't contain caffeine and wakes me up?

I just purchased my first espresso machine. For my first couple of cups, I've just been using Folgers classic roast coffee grounds (what I have on hand). I'm not sure if I am in the right or wrong. I browsed the coffee isle briefly when I made my purchase, but did not notice anything that said it was "for espresso makers", so I didn't buy a different kind. Will what I have work fine (still experimenting to get the EXACT nummy latte like I get at my local coffee shop)? Or are there recommendations so that I am using what is meant to be used?
I can't vote on best answer, because I was given great information from both answers. MANY THANKS!!!

I'm not talking seven days a week; rather, I'm talking about maybe twice a week as a treat.

Coffee gives me diarrhea pretty much every time I drink it, but I absolutely love it so it's hard to stay away. I figured out that if I take 2 before I drink it each time, my stomach doesn't get upset at all.
I drink coffee pretty often, maybe every other day. Is this unsafe for me? Does anyone have any other suggestions? Thanks!

If I only drinks, with sugar though, will I lose weight? I mean even though there is sugar the calorie intake will still be much lower than required. Or will I just gain weight?
Oh and I don't need to be told how stupid it is, I'm not delusional, I am aware it's unhealthy. I'd rather just the straight facts
Thankyou!

Does anyone know, first-hand, what type of wi-fi routers Starbucks uses in their Hotspots? Or if they use several types, what characteristics they deem necessary for their wi-fi routers?

When I have a cup of coffee in the morning to wake up I get a pain in my lower right chest, around the kidney area. Sometimes I really need it to wake up but it is kinda annoying, It's not a big pain just a small sharpish one, kinda hard to describe.
Kidney area, not chest. Just below the right rib cage.
