What can I drink besides energy drinks and coffee to keep me awake?
I always feel tired throughout the day and need some energy. I don't like coffee or energy drinks, and pop won't do me any good. What can I drink?

You know, the little packet that makes 1 cup of coffee - you put it in hot water, stir/shake it up and voila - coffee! I love the concept and love my Starbucks Via, but curious if I could get the same flavor/quality from Tasters Choice, which is much cheaper.

I am purchasing a DELONGHI EC152 Pump Espresso Coffee Maker and I was wondering what do I put in it I don't have a grinder and don't plan to buy one I have a Morison's and Tesco near me so what would I buy I would be mainly making Cappuccino's so it would be espresso but can you put instant coffee in it because I like the Nescafe Decaf range I also have the Nescafe Cappuccino Sachets if they would work thanks for reading.

I am doing the Atkins diet and am only on Phase 1, but I was wondering if there were any Starbucks coffee that you are allowed to have during the Atkins diet, or this phase? Does it make a difference if you get it 'skinny' versus full-on?
I don't have Starbucks everyday. If I have it at all, it's only on Wednesday mornings. I get it before school since I have to be there an hour early on Wednesday's to tutor younger kids.
