i know coffee wakes people up, but why do some people get sleepy when they drink coffee? like me?
it's weird but i observed it since i was a teenager.

I am more of a soda drinker- COKE or Mountain Dew - for my morning jolt of Caffeine. What can I order from STARBUCKS that is close in taste to Soda or Coke?
At the frozen yogurt shop down the street they have a coffee flavor, but it says it's caffeine free. Is that true for all coffee flavored ice cream or do some have caffeine? Also, with the cappuccino flavor jelly beans, and also for these French Vanilla Coffee-flavored hard candies I found, it says on the ingredients list they use coffee. Would that more commonly be decaf or regular? I know either way it's like a drop of coffee but I'm curious.
I just made a drink that I enjoy very much. It is 3 shots of espresso and about 1 cup of half and half. on top of that i added 4 ice cubes to make it cold. Is that just an iced latte?
I drank a Red Bull because I thought I would have to stay up late to finish an assignment, but classes are canceled tomorrow because of snow so I can work on it in the day.
I feel exhausted, but can't fall asleep because of the caffeine.
When I was pouring water into the tank a little spilled out and went threw the grate and I hear a snap & now the machine will not turn on. I looked threw it with a flashlight and see some water on that green computer looking board.
What can I do? Or is it ruined ? Should I try to dry it with a hair dryer?
Please tell me why, is that normal?
I've got a cappuccino machine at home, but the pitcher is kind of small and it's shaped more like a tube/coffee mug than the pitchers people are using when they're making videos showing how to make the foam. The problem I keep getting is that I get this foam on the top that's really really thick with mostly the right size bubbles while the milk towards the bottom is just turning into hot runny milk. I can't seem to get it all foamed up properly.
Or is just that there is one Starbucks on every corner? Just how do they do it? Location dominance? Tasty treat like dessert drinks? The coffee that everyone(almost) can enjoy in some way or form? Pure science at work? Thanks for your detailed answer. Cindy Stiz
