I don't buy from starbucks often because I am not a big fan of coffee or caffeine, however whenever I have a frappucino from starbucks I get a horrible stomach ache after. I always have either the tall or grande size. Could it just because I don't eat them often or what?

I want to try new drinks without buying something I wouldnt like!

many espresso beans will I have to eat to equal one shot of espresso or one small cup of coffee (about 10 ounces)? Recently I've had to make a lot of four hour trips and need to stay awake. I can't keep drinking coffee because then I have to go to the bathroom every half an hour. I've got some expresso beans and some that are covered in chocolate. I love them! Will they keep me awake....?
