In Starbucks I spilled latte on customer. how in future to be careful?
I had today bad luck. When I handed out drink to young girl, I accidently pushed cup and it fell off. (fortuantly at least there was lid so was not too bad). I spilled latte on bar table and her shirt. I was not handing drink on air, I put it on table! But still it fell off. I think what I did wrong I put cup little bit too far from me and next time I should put closer to me and then slide toward customer.

After the incident I immidiately apologized and cleaned up bar, and my manager offered free bevarage and money for her shirt (I do not know how much). Half hour later, I started to feel drowsy, but still I made to end of schedule. Perhaps it could happen because I was tired. My workplace is very fast paced. How in future tp be careful and prevent incidents like this. Whats your advice?
