I know the alert affects of coffee typically end in a crash after a few hours, but if in a few hours I drank coffee again, would it prolong the time until I experience this "crash"?

I LOVE Vanilla lattes from Starbucks, but I cannot afford to buy one every day. I have a keurig coffee maker and the reusable K-cup. Can I put espresso beans in the k cup and run it through the machine then add vanilla syrup and steamed milk to make a latte??
