Which do you prefer? A large chain such as Starbucks or Peets, or a local shop in your neighborhood? Why?

We brew two coffees at work and there is a "dispute" as to which has a higher caffeine content. The full bodied, dark French Roast, or the lighter bodied Sumatra.

Clearly the French has a more robust flavor, but I don't believe that is an indicator of caffeine content. Please provide support for your answers.

So it's late. I drink coffee like it's breathing air. I think it's finally caught up with me because no amount of caffeine keeps me awake. Does this happen to anyone else? What else can I do besides the obvious (go to sleep) to kick the caffeine habit? I think quitting cigarettes was easier.
