I drink a lot of black and green tea, and tend to be quite wired and even shaky during most of the day. I prefer it to being sleepy, which I would be otherwise, because I am actually a very mellow type of person. But I have noticed that I tend to get very stressed out at times, and that high doses of vitamin B bring me back down to earth. Would I tend less toward high stress if I consumed less caffeine? And would my vitamin B levels stay higher?

When cap and tax cripples our energy output and power outages are rampant, When Bin Laden secedes in his effort to cut off all Arab oil from our gas pumps and the US finds its self in the cold dark reality of what we allowed to happen to us, who would you rather have for your neighbor? The computer geek next door who don't know how to function without his cappuccino machine or the redneck down the street who knows how to hunt, fish, and raise his own food?

To begin with, I don't drink coffee or tea regularly. I drink tea like once a week, and coffee like once every few months. However, I can drink two cups of coffee at one go and still fall asleep immediately and have a good night sleep. Does anyone have the same problem? Does anyone know why?
Also, I desperately need to stay awake to finish up my work so I'll appreciate any suggestions to help me stay awake. Anything except more coffee/caffeine, since I know it doesn't help.
Thanks.

We've been trying to conceive since about Sept 2007. Mostly really trying since my m/c in Jan 2008. My question is every cycle during the tww, how bad is it to drink my morning coffee. If I got a BFP I would stop instantly. It's just a little hard to give up when you don't know for sure.

I need to stay awake and alert to study. What can achieve this?
I've built up caffeine tolerance so coffee and energy drinks have no effect on me.
Please don't suggest anything illegal or stupid like meth or cocaine.
Thanks

Is this okay or does it make either drug less effective? If so does it reduce the efficacy just a little or a lot (like making it as if I never took the medication)? How much coffee is okay to drink with it, if it is okay? And, does waiting an hour or more between taking the medication and drinking coffee make them less likely to interact? Thanks for your help...

I had a small fountain Coke around 4 pm today. Just wanted to know if the caffeine from that could keep me up (I'm going to bed around 10 pm tonight). Thanks!

I'm going into the coffee business so I'm doing a little research to find out what commercial equipment I need (grinders, espresso machines, blenders, coffee machines, etc). I do know that I want a group 2 espresso automatic machine, as far as brand, I have no idea.
Also, if someone knows of a supplier in the SF bay area that would be great. Thank you for any help you can provide.
I almost forgot, please support why you suggested this brand. The more backup and information you can provide, the better.
I'm not trying to be picky but if we could avoid "one liner" answers that would be really helpful to me. Thx !
